Outdoor Living

Some housebuilders provide plants, landscaping and/or other external features as part of the overall purchase.

The majority of developers only provide turf and a few plants but landscaping is often offered as an attractive incentive to purchase or as an extra, chargeable service. If applicable, its worth noting that the latter can often be less expensive than hiring a contractor at a later date.

Conservatories

Sometimes included in the purchase price depending on the developer, although others can offer conservatories as an optional extra. If built before construction of the whole development is completed, you may avoid VAT charges.

With over 48 models to choose from, you're sure to find the conservatory to compliment the house of your dreams ... order a brochure online
