Taking just 7 months to sell the remaining 12 units of a development of 27 new homes (with almost 50% social housing) on a site in East Sussex, Land & Brand New Homes established again their credentials as New Homes Agents.
We revolutionised the reporting system to our clients (implementing e-mailed reports to the client’s Head Office), together with a suite of new reporting forms with analysis of site visitor details, media response, offer activity, and chain chasing progress.
Keeping the momentum going throughout the Christmas and New Year period played a large part in reaching our target and communicating with all parties, including our high street referral agents played a large part in the success of this site.
