Land Director
Redundancy in 1990 had a silver lining; I saw the gap in the market for independent land buying and in 1991 the basis of Land & Brand New Homes was formed.
During the early years, everything was borrowed or begged - the fax machine, my very first mobile phone, the car and my mother-in-law typed all my correspondence!
With a background in Estate Agency, and Land Buying for developers such as Seawards and McCarthy & Stone, our company has a lot to offer the developer and homebuyers.
There's nothing quite as sweet as getting a deal through from start to finish. My work is my life, but in my spare time I walk, play golf (having given competitive yachting a wide berth since a near fatal accident on a Channel race), and enjoy going to the gym a couple of times a week. My love of old cars is also well documented and I spend a lot of time looking after my 1958 Austin Healey.

I have been appointed to support Land and Brand New Homes' growing activities after 23 years in business development in a wide range of fields including private health care. I'm very keen to promote our company's concept as a singular property entity for house builders and home buyers. We offer real value in terms of service, quality, sales innovation, price, marketing initiatives and home buying services.
I'm keen to continue to develop our brand further. I work with many of the country's leading house builders who are at the forefront of creating entire design-led communities as well as smaller, niche new home projects.
Our company is technology driven and is a market leader in servicing the growing number of new home-seekers and investors who identify potential properties via the internet. In my spare time I love golf, gardening and eating out.

I’m delighted to be the latest member of the Land Team, having joined from one of their many clients, Cliveden Homes.
After 25 years in Sales and Sales Management in blue chip FMCG, I moved into land management in 2006. I can honestly say that it is one of the best career moves I have made. It fully utilises the business development and interpersonal skills gleaned over many years whilst providing a challenging and stimulating environment which is never the same two days running.
To be part of the exciting Land & Brand New Homes’ story is something I am very proud of and I am totally committed to enhancing and developing their position as a major player in the industry, particularly within the South East of England.
I have always strived to work within organizations who aspire to be the best in their business with a customer and client focus second to none. The Land & Brand New Homes’ business philosophy encapsulates this completely, and presents me with an exciting and highly professional workplace in which to operate.
In my spare time, I do my best to remain fit and healthy, via the gym and cycling, which is vital to balance my other passions of good food and wine, and watching Arsenal!
