I joined Land & Brand New Homes in October 2006 to take a position within the Sales & Marketing Department, where I learnt much about the new homes market.  However, a position arose in the Land Department, and I am now Senior Land Coordinator.
 
It's a very busy department and as one of three coordinators, I am responsible for managing and ensuring the land department runs smoothly, that sites are distributed and followed by, amongst a variety of other responsibilities. I work predominantly with Tim Gubbins for the South West Region liaising with Developer clients and land owners, but the emphasis is very much on team work within the department.
 
My role is very varied, everyday is different and we never quite know what will come to our attention during the day - sometimes a new site for a couple of new units and sometimes strategic sites with great potential in years to come.
 
I'm looking forward to getting involved in new areas which the company is currently pursuing.
 
My hobbies are various; I love traveling, walking, eating out and most of all shopping!

Linda Simpson

Personal Assistant to the Land Team

 

I joined Land & Brand New Homes at the beginning of November 2007 as Personal Assistant to the Land team.

For the past 10 years I have worked in Human Resources, in both public and private sectors.  Prior to this I worked as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director of an IT company in Brighton.

In my spare time I enjoy running across the South Downs, cycling, swimming, pilates and socialising with friends.

Mark McGrath

Business Development/Sales Manager

 

I joined the company in January 08 having spent the last few years working in the marine industry. The product is very different but the fundamentals remain the same, ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained at all times for each and every client.

 

From the point of leaving college I worked as an IT consultant and during that time I set up a development company that concentrated on refurbishing properties. This was anything from a flat, to a garage and workshop that we turned into a five bedroom house.  At times it was hard juggling two jobs. My involvement in property has varied over the years but I have always had a real passion for the industry and that remains as strong today.

 

At Land & Brand & New Homes my day-to-day tasks are varied and interesting. The nature of the business is that things are always changing and I am surrounded by a team of people with a wealth of knowledge. This in turn will assist me in offering the best possible service to our clients.

 

I have four lovely girls in my life - one demands more of my time than the others - her name is Regan and she is my eight stone rottweiler.
