WORTHING INVITATION CUP 2008

VENUE - WORTHING GOLF CLUB

Having successfully wrenched the Cup from Halford Jarvis, Land & Brand New Homes are very pleased to be organising this year’s Worthing Invitation Cup.

 

The date has been booked for 19 September 2008.

 

There is a maximum limit of 20 teams and two rounds will be played, followed by a few beers prior to dinner and prize giving.

 

The courses have been booked as follows:

 

 

Competition: two 18-hole rounds (one on each course) with the best two individual scores counting towards the team score.   There will be a maximum handicap allowance of 24. There will also be prizes for ‘nearest the pin’ and ‘longest drives’ on both courses.

 

Cost: £32 for Worthing Golf Club members and £72 for non-members.   This includes  coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, two rounds of golf, light lunch and three course dinner.

 

Contacts/Networking: In the spirit of the cross business contacts promoted through this popular event we would also encourage all teams to participate in the evening dinner. This is always an excellent way to round off a day of tough competition and gives the event a more complete experience for all participants.
