Residents delighted by townhouse development

Land & Brand New Homes were asked to dispose of a surplus site that had the benefit of a
planning consent to replace a dated office block with a development of prestigious town houses. This unusual site was situated in the centre of an established modern estate, where the office block was not vacant at the time of the original development, due to obligations to the occupying tenants.
The local residents were finally delighted to see the office block removed and replaced with other residential properties that clearly were deserved in this exclusive location. Land & Brand New Homes were able to secure an extremely attractive price for the owner by contacting a small number of clients whom we knew were interested in developing an exclusive development within this location.
