Funeral Directors vacate sensitive location

When a commercial property becomes surplus to requirements or its location becomes unsustainable, many commercial owners turn to residential development in order to release the value within their property.
Land & Brand New Homes were asked to advise a firm of funeral directors, as their existing workshop had become surplus to requirements. Within six months, Land & Brand New Homes were able to find a suitable purchaser, exchange contracts and secure planning consent on the site. Planning permission was approved for 8 apartments on the site, whilst the funeral directors moved their workshop to a commercial unit on a local industrial estate.
